missing view old beds
The location proved central, with easy access to most attractions.
I was not happy with the room (I paid extra for). It lacked the promised view and felt quite cramped (not what I expected). the beds felt old and sunken, impacting the overall experience.

easy walks quiet room inconvenient breakfast unwanted items
the location allowed easy walks to many museums restaurants and the harbor. the room at the side of the hotel provided quiet away from the street.
breakfast wasn't available until 8:30 am it felt inconvenient for early departures. the breakfast tray offered the night before lacked plain yogurt and contained unwanted items we couldn't eat.

Excellent Location, Clean Room
historic centre comfortable bed
The location was excellent in the historic center. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and bars. I found my room very clean with a comfortable bed (I slept really well!). The staff were helpful when I needed something.
The breakfast time was set at a fixed time, tricky to plan for an early start to the day. I did have to work around this a bit.

The staff at reception were helpful and polite . They answered my questions about local attractions and transport options quickly. They also helped me with printing a boarding pass for my flight (which I appreciated).

perfect location effective soundproofing
I enjoyed the perfect location for city exploration. The room had basic amenities. i also found the soundproofing effective. It minimized outside noise despite the hotel's central location.
the receptionist lacked warmth. She directed me to my room down a corridor. Room numbers written in roman numerals posed a challenge.

mixed experience near the amphitheater
spanish channels limited space
The tv only had spanish channels. i found this annoying. also, there was no proper space to put my larger suitcase. I had to keep it on the floor. made moving around the room a bit difficult.
